The <form> tag uses an HTML form to pass user data to a specified URL. An HTML form is used to capture user information such as username, password, address details, and much more information.

The <form> tag can contain more tag like <input>, <textarea>, <button>, <select>, <option>, <optgroup>, <fieldset>, <label>, <output>, <legend>.

HTML form facilitates the user to enter data that is to be sent to the server and store in the database.
